Water-based Hydroxyl Acrylic Dispersion for Two-component Polyurethane Coatings with Salt Spray Resistance, Acid and Alkali Resistance, and Long Initial Water Resistance Time
•A water-based hydroxyl acrylic dispersion designed for formulating high-performance two-component polyurethane coatings when combined with a water-based isocyanate curing agent.
•Primarily used for topcoats and clear finishes on various metal substrates. Also suitable as a resin for integrated primer-topcoat systems.
2. Key Performance Features
•Superior protection: Excellent water resistance, salt spray resistance, acid and alkali resistance, along with a relatively long initial water resistance time, making it ideal for outdoor applications and harsh environments.
•Excellent adhesion: Performs well on a variety of substrates.
•High cost-effectiveness: Offers high performance at a competitive cost.
•Strong compatibility: Can be paired with both water-based and solvent-based curing agents, providing formulation flexibility.

4. Application Guidelines
•Recommended co-solvents:
•For main agent: DPNB, PNB, DBG, BG
•For dilution: PGDA, PMA, PMA+DBE (1:1 or 1:2 mixture)
•Important notes:
•High initial viscosity after mixing A/B components may shorten the pot life.
•Not recommended for paste grinding due to potential stability issues that may impact performance.
•Viscosity adjustment: If viscosity decreases during storage (due to pH drop), it can be readjusted by adding a 10%-20% diluted DMEA aqueous solution.
