Performance
Fast drying speed, fast hardness growth, high hardness, good salt spray resistance, good initial water resistance, high cost performance. Good shear stability, helps pigment wetting, can directly participate in grinding color paste, it is recommended to add a small amount of high boiling point solvents during grinding to increase system stability.
It is recommended to use less than 1 times the amount of resin water to stir evenly first, and then add water to dilute infinitely; if more than 1.2 times the amount of resin is added to the resin at one time, compatibility problems are likely to occur. The system is stable when the pH value is 8.5-9.5, and it will settle and stratify under acidic conditions. Pay special attention when adding acidic pigments.
Packaging and storage:
200Kg packaging. Put in a cool and ventilated place, keep the container tight, storage temperature is 0-40 ℃, shelf life is 12 months.
