Introduction
It is a room temperature self-crosslinking film-forming styrene-acrylic copolymer emulsion synthesized by a new generation of polymer polymerization process. It is specially designed for water-based gravure printing inks. It has good compatibility with the popular acrylic polymers on the market. In addition, in gravure inks, it has good pigment wetting ability.

| Technological process: 1. ①＋②＋③+④+ ⑤＋⑥, add the above materials and stir at the same time, at a constant speed, finally add ⑦, stirring time: about 30 minutes/300 rpm. 2. *: DOW CORNING DOWSIL™ 51 Additive diluted with Ethanol =1:1 3. 4#cup: 11 seconds ± 2 PH value: 8.30 ± 0.5 3. Special notes: Please do not directly add ethanol. When the mixer is stirring at a slow speed, slowly add ethanol, the effect is better (Because directly adding ethanol will cause demulsification and slag). 4. Final inks: - (Ajusting it accoring to needs) varnish 75%+pigment paste 25% =100 Note: The pigment paste is mixed slowly and finially, the effect is the most friendly. |

Storage Condition
The product should be stored in an airtight container to avoid freezing and high temperature. Recommended normal storage temperature is 10-35°
