Introduction
WQ-2031 is a high performance hard non-film forming styrene-acrylic copolymer emulsion, with high hiding, specially formulated for water based printing inks. Its particle distribution is uniform and fine, with excellent covering performance, strong adhesion, good color development to pigments, and good printability; it is especially suitable for flexo and gravure printing.

| Remark: 1. Premix ( ①＋②＋③), then add ④＋⑤+⑥, add the above materials and stir at the same time, at a constant speed, finally add ⑦, stirring time: about 30 minutes/300 rpm. 2. 4#cup: 25 seconds ± 5 PH value: 8.20 ± 0.5% 3. AGITAN® 351 Defoamer diluted with Ethanol =1:1 (Adjust the amount as per needs) 4. Special notes: Please do not use rosin oil and rosin pigment paste, because they are incompatible with our products. We recommend using water-based acrylic pigment paste. |

Storage
The product should be stored in a closed container and avoid freezing and high temperature, Suggested normal storage temperature is 10 to 35℃.
