WL-137acrylic resins are formulated to provide surface protection in high performance, water-borne coatings, particularly inindustrial applications.
WL-137 acrylic emulsions offer the metal and industrial equipment excellent surface protection, barrier properties and drying characteristics. This translates to durability and faster application for acrylic emulsion based coatings. Performance properties include controlled elasticity, dirt pick-up resistance, gloss retention, resistance to chemicals, water and stains, while speeding up dry time and hardness development. 3, Product Properties:
Excellent anticorrosion performance, especially for the preparation of anti-rust base coatings.
Fast drying speed.
Good hardness and high gloss.
Excellent salt fog-spray resistance, early water resistance and weather resistance.

Excellent shear stability, can be grinded with dispersions directly.
4, Instructions:
Wl-137 can be diluted with deionized water or lower alcohol or alcohol ethe* to white emulsion. It can be dried by oxidation cross-linking addingoily/water driers at normal temperature or low-temperature baking. The oily driers need to be diluted by the solvent such as butyl alcohol or ethanolfor use. The water dispersion of wl-137 is stable at neutral or slight alkaline conditions. pH value has to be carefully observed in coating production since precipitation may occur if acidic pigments like carbon black are used in the system. PH value of the coating system can always be adjustedtriethylamine or N,N-dimthylethanolamine Viscosity of the dispersion will increase as the pH value increases.
5, Storage:
It is suggested that the product should be stored in a cool and dry place. The quality guarantee period is 6 months, and the expired products can still be used after passing the inspections.
6, Applications:
Air-drying or low temperature baking antirust coatings and top coatings.
